"Absolutely brilliant team, I had a flat tyre on my Volvo and managed to get my car to their garage on my way home on Friday evening and left it parked up. The next morning (Saturday) I rang to ask them if they could get a tyre and within a couple of hours they had a new tyre delivered onsite and fitted it for me, the price was great too, what an EXCELLENT service! "OMG what a difference to the dealer 20 miles to the west. Very polite, helpful, technician happy to talk about work. Specific time for service not 'you have to leave it all day'. They genuinely wanted the best for me. I decided to wait for 2 hours. Free WiFi, posh coffee and stupidly clean toilets. Even just listening to staff going about their business they are happy and efficient. A really well run business who will have my business in future."
"I arranged a test drive at Bellinger Wantage and I had already explained prior to the test drive that it would be very unlikely that it would turn into a purchase as I was only testing the Vauxhall Astra Estate due to fact my wife has just purchased an Astra 1.0t Nav hatchback from a different dealer and we are so impressed with it that I just had to compare it to my dream car that I have wanted for the last 5 years

I cannot praise the attitude of Jason the salesman highly enough he fitted me in for the test drive at very short notice knowing I was very unlikely to to be making a purchase
I arrived 30 minutes late but still he was extremely polite and took me out for a very good test drive I felt no pressure to make a purchase he explained all the features of the vehicle in depth - he was a star!!!
