Bellinger Privacy Notice

1. Introduction

We rely on recording personal information to facilitate supplying goods and services as part of our day to day business. Occasionally, we will use this data to keep our customers informed about our latest product news, marketing, and offers (where consent has been obtained).

  • provide you goods or services including goods purchased through our website;

  • send statements, invoices, payment reminders and service/MOT reminders to you, and collect payments from you;

5. Security of Personal Information

We will always take care of the personal information we collect, store and share:

  • We will take all reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
  • We will store all the personal data you provide on secure, encrypted servers and where a hard copy is kept, in secure storage. We will store this data for a minimum of 6 years.
  • All data and details of financial transactions entered via our website will be protected by encryption technology.
  • We will only share your personal data with third parties using encryption technology

You have the following rights when you give us your personal information:

  • You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you, and details about who we have shared your personal data with. You can do this via a Subject Access Request

We may use cookies when your visit our website:

In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not personally-identifiable. Examples of this type of information include your IP address, the type of Internet Browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, and the domain name of the website from which you linked to our website or advertisement. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
