I would like to amend or cancel my order


If you would like to amend your order once it has been placed, please get in touch with our sales team by phone or email and we’ll process the changes you wish to make.

How secure is your online deposit process?


All payments and deposits are made via our secured, verified payment provider. This means your card and payment details are protected by encryption software, and that they are not stored by us at all. You can therefore complete any transactions with confidence.

Can I amend my delivery and collection day after I have placed my order?


We’re happy to assist with changes to delivery or collection of your vehicle – please speak to our sales team as soon as possible so that we can meet your requirements.


How do I get my finance settlement?


Our sales team can obtain your settlement figure and help with any further enquiries you have regarding your finance package. Just give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist.

I have some questions regarding financing my purchase who should I speak to?

Part Exchange

Can I use my part exchange as my deposit for my car purchase?


If you’re looking to part exchange you can use the value of your existing vehicle as part or all of your deposit for your new car. If, however, there is outstanding finance on your part exchange, this will need to be settled first and any amount left can be used towards your purchase.

What happens if my part exchange is worth more than the car I want to purchase?


If your existing vehicle is worth more than the car you’re purchasing, and there is no outstanding finance to be settled, we’ll refund the difference once you’ve taken delivery of your new vehicle. If there is outstanding finance, this will need to be settled first and any amount left over can be refunded.

Is the valuation you give me for my part exchange guaranteed?


Your online vehicle valuation only takes into account the age and mileage of your vehicle, so this is subject to change following a visual inspection. The value offered after a visual inspection, however, is guaranteed until the end of the month the valuation was provided. Please read our terms and conditions to find out more.

Can I remove my part exchange from my order at any time?


You are free to remove your part exchange from your order at any time prior to the vehicle handover. Please note that should you remove a part exchange that was being used towards a deposit, your quotation will need to be adjusted. 

Can I part exchange two vehicles as part of my order?


Yes – if both vehicles are owned by you, or you have permission from the owner to use the vehicles in part exchange. Contact our sales team for assistance.
